3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Provide necessary access to systems and resources as required

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before starting work and progress payments based on milestones. Late payments may result in project suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code developed specifically for your project. We retain rights to our general methodologies, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in development.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. Software is provided "as is" with a limited warranty period for bug fixes as specified in project agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
